Jennifer Bellamy

Jennifer Bellamy completed her Ph.D. at the Columbia University School of Social Work in 2006 where she was an NIMH mental health services research pre-doctoral fellow. Jennifer Bellamy’s research interests primarily include mental health services in the context of child welfare and evidence based practice. Her current work is focused on the study of outpatient mental health service use and outcomes for children who have experienced long term foster care based on data drawn from the National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-being (NSCAW). She is also currently studying university-agency partnerships as a vehicle for increasing the use of evidence based practice in social services
