Registration Cost

Governor's Summit - Thursday and Friday, November 1 & 2

Attendees - $75 includes
- 1-day Youth
Summit - Friday, November 2 (includes lunch and materials)
- Youth - $20

Chaperones - $35
- Summit fees are
waived for presenters, facilitators, planning committee members,
and on-site staff -- however, registration is still required.

through Monday, October 22 --
REGISTRATION EXTENDED THROUGH 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 26.

Cancellations received by
October 15 are refundable subject to a 20% processing fee, or
$15 per registration cancelled. Cancellations received after
October 15 will no longer be eligible for refunds. Participants
are encouraged to send substitutes for any registrants that are
unable to attend.
Registration
Process
The registration process for the Governor's
Summit does not allow for payment to be submitted
electronically. After
registering, attendees will need to submit payment
and/or payment information to the Oregon Youth
Authority's Accounting Department.

submitting the electronic registration, payment can be
made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Agency
Transfer, or check.

cardholder's name and card number, expiration date,
and CCV (3-digit security code). DO NOT submit credit
card information on the registration or by e-mail.
