Proposed Rules
This section contains information about proposed rulemaking by the Oregon Youth Authority.  It includes rule changes that are under consideration, but not yet adopted. All agency rulemaking notices are published by the Secretary of State in the Oregon Bulletin.
 
Public input is very important to the rulemaking process. OYA welcomes comments on proposed rules. When submitting comments, please be sure to include the division number and title of the proposed rule.
 
OAR 416-500-0050 - proposed changes align the rule with current agency management structure and authority
 
OAR 416-115 - proposed changes update a rule definition and reference to current Interstate Compact for Juveniles rules
 
Last day for comments on these proposed rules is June 14, 2012, by 5:00 p.m.
