The Employer Service Center (ESC) is being restructured for the duration of the 2011 MACR process. This structure becomes effective Tuesday, 1 November 2011.
ESC account representative staff will be split into three teams to effectively address 2011 MACR issues. All questions related to MACR or DTL2 record correction should be addressed to those teams. For the duration of the 2011 MACR process, employers should feel free to contact any member of their assigned team rather than their previously assigned ESC account representative. Excluding holidays and agency furlough days, MACR 2011 teams will be available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
If you’re calling long distance, you can contact your 2011 MACR team members by following the instructions below. Be sure you have your team member’s extension before you begin. The extension is the last four digits of your team member’s phone number.
- Dial 1-888-320-7377.
- Wait for the third option "...if you know the extension of the person you are calling, or to access the company directory..." and press 3.
- At the prompt, enter the last four digits of the team member’s phone number, and then press the # key.
- Leave a message if there is no answer.
