The OSGP presentations are always free to participants. OSGP recommends that participants attend as many educational sessions as soon as possible in their careers. To register for any of the workshops, click on the appropriate link(s) below.
 

Topics Covered in the Workshops
Wealth Builder Workshop
This workshop provides basic information about the Oregon Savings Growth Plan and its investment options. The workshop is intended for employees who are interested in enrolling in the Plan or for employees seeking a refresher course. Topics include: 
  • Plan highlights and benefits
  • Investing in today's market
  • Tax advantages
Planning and Investing Workshop
Are you on track? This workshop is intended to give you a snapshot of what your future retirement looks like based on your PERS, IAP, Social Security, and OSGP contributions. Topics will include calculating your savings goal, developing an investment strategy, and personalizing your portfolio. Feel free to bring your statements such as PERS, Social Security, and OSGP to the meeting.


Retirement Seminar*
This session is for those within five years of retirement or who have severed employment. Topics include:
  • Catch-up provisions
  • Payout options
  • IRS requirements
  • Retirement forms
