Beginning January 1, 2011, when you retire from Tier One, Tier Two, or the OPSRP Pension Program, you must also retire from the Individual Account Program (IAP). This applies to general service and police and firefighter members.
PERS has created Tier One, Tier Two, and OPSRP retirement forms that include the IAP. These are posted on the PERS website.
Separate forms (for retirement from Tier One, Tier Two, OPSRP, or the IAP) will be available on the PERS website until December 1, 2010.
