IAP monthly unit values are no longer necessary because member accounts are being credited with earnings annually instead of monthly.
PERS is changing the way IAP accounts are administered to simplify the program for members and for employers who report contribution data to PERS.
We will post annual earnings factors for 2004 and 2005 (following completion of the IAP Remediation Project in November 2006) on the Distribution of Earnings page.
