About Us
The Fiscal Services Division (FSD) is responsible for the Agency's accounting and financial reporting, budget preparation and expenditure monitoring, actuarial analysis, processing of employer and member contributions, earnings crediting allocations and coordination of investment services with the Oregon State Treasury, and accounts receivable and related collection activities. We monitor federal and state statutes, rules, policies, procedures and regulations for possible impact on the Agency's budgetary, accounting and financial reporting processes.
