PERS Tier One/Tier Two 2005 Annual Statements are scheduled to be mailed to members at their address on file with PERS in late June 2006.
A sample Tier One/Tier Two statement is posted. If you move your mouse to a topic (i.e., name, total 2005 member account balance, classification, etc.) on the sample statement, a pop-up box will appear that describes the item. (Warning: Large file 2.25 MB)
Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP) Pension Program 2005 Annual Statements are scheduled to be mailed to members at their address on file with PERS in late August or early September 2006.
Individual Account Program (IAP) 2005 Annual Statements will be mailed later this year.
