PERS business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays excluded.
EDX online is normally available 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday. Barring unforeseen circumstances, EDX online is normally available 6 a.m. Saturday - 6 a.m. Sunday. Sundays are reserved for network maintenance, and EDX availability is not guaranteed. Onsite support for EDX online is available only during PERS business hours.
PERS offices will be closed and no PERS staff will be available during holidays and PERS agency furlough days. Staff will be on unpaid leave on furlough days.
EDX batch will not be processed on holidays or agency furlough days, but EDX online will normally be available on these days.
