Data Submission Schedule

The following schedule displays the quarterly due dates for agency data submission and the report publication dates. Data submitted after the due date will be loaded and published in the next quarter.

Episodes

An episode is the basic building block in PRISM. An episode is the period between the first service date and the date of service completion, determined by the partner agency.

Change to CIP Code Table - Correspondence sent November 17, 2008 to PRISM Data Elements Committee members notifying the partners beginning November 21, 2008, the CIP Code field will no longer be validated against the CIP Code table. (pdf, 7 KB)

Veteran Status - Correspondence sent December 11, 2012 notifying the PRISM partners veterans status will be posted on PRISM reports beginning February 2013. The partners were asked to begin submitting veterans status currently coded '0' (missing) to '9' (unknown) after December 17, 2012.
