At the March 2, 2009, Workshop, participants agreed to the following schedule for circulation of informal comments:
By Friday, March 6, 2009: Participants will circulate additional redline edits of the implementation plan, alternative compliance payment and incremental cost draft proposed rules.
By Friday, March 13, 2009: Participants will circulate redline edits of the February 25 drafts of the compliance reporting and compliance standards draft proposed rules.
By Monday, March 16, 2009: PUC Staff will circulate new versions of the implementation plan, alternative compliance payment and incremental cost draft proposed rules.
By Friday, March 20, 2009, PUC Staff will circulate new versions of the compliance reporting and compliance standards draft proposed rules.
By Friday, March 27, 2009, Participants will circulate redline edits of all draft proposed rules.
The final "pre-filing" workshop will be held on March 31, 2009.
