On March 2, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., PUC Staff will hold an AR 518 workshop.
The workshop will be held in the Main Hearing Room, First Floor, Public Utility Commission, 550 Capitol Street NE, Salem, Oregon. Please call Philip H. Carver, [(503) 378-6681] at least 48 hours prior to the workshop if you wish to participate by telephone.
Planned areas of discussion are:
- Issues remaining from the February 5, 2009, workshop,
- Application of ORS 469A to electricity service suppliers,
- Compliance reports under ORS 469A.170, and
- REC allocation among states for multi-state electric companies under ORS 469A.150.
