PUC Process after receipt of your email to the Filing Center:
- A bounce-back email is sent to you. This indicates only that the filing has been received, not accepted.
- When the Filing Center Staff processes your filing, another email is sent to you with an assigned tracking number. Although not required, we recommend that you print and send that email with your filing.
- When the Hearings or Utility Staff receives your filing (both electronically and hard copy), they accept or decline the filing.
- If the filing is declined, an email is sent to you stating why the filing was declined.
- If the filing is accepted, it is posted in eDockets on the PUC web site, and an email is sent to the service list with a link to an electronic copy of the filing.
