The application forms that must be used (no copies) to apply for certification as an Electricity Service Supplier (ES) or registration as an Electricity Service Aggregator (EA) were approved by the Commission at the May 22, 2001, Public Meeting.
At this time, any entity that wishes to apply for certification as an ES or registration as an EA may receive the appropriate form(s) by email or by mail.
