August 20, 2002 --- The Water Issues Steering Committee completed its review of the PUC´s Water Program and has prepared a report on its findings and recommendations. The Committee recommendations include legislative and program changes that addresses: funding of the PUC´s Water Program, improving the financial health of water utilities, enhancing consumer protections, and streamlining and simplifying regulation.
