Next Commission Meeting
The next commission meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 in Room 1A at the Portland State Office Building located at 800 NE Oregon Street, Portland, Oregon. Executive Session will begin at 12:30 pm and the Public Session will begin at 1:30 pm. Items for the commission meeting may be placed on the agenda by submitting them in writing to the commission office by 5:00 pm on Friday, November 6th. Additional items may be placed on the agenda after the website posting and general mailing. Calls may be made to the commission office to inquire about possible additions.
November Agenda - will be available on or about November 9, 2009.
Other Meetings: The minutes of the October 15th commission meeting will be posted after they have been approved at the November meeting.

The Oregon Racing Commission held a rules hearing on August 20, 2009 at 10:00 am and adopted the proposed amendments to OAR 462, Divisions 110-160 and 200. The rule amendments will become effective on October 1, 2009.
