Commission Meetings
The commission meets the third Thursday of every month and meeting agendas are mailed out ten days before each regularly scheduled meeting.   Items for the commission meeting may be placed on the agenda by submitting them in writing to the commission office approximately two weeks before the scheduled meeting date. Please note that additional items may be placed on the agenda after the website posting and general mailing. Calls may be made to the commission office to inquire about possible additions.
 
Meeting Minutes
The meeting minutes are available once they have been approved by the commission, usually during the following meeting. For example, the November meeting minutes are posted after they have been approved during the December meeting. Please click on Commission Meeting Minute Index by Date located above under General Meeting Info.
 
If the minutes are not available in the date index, please call the commission office at (971) 673-0207 to request a copy.
