| Mike Graeper (Chair) |

Current term: 3/9/06-3/8/10
Mike was born and raised in Portland and earned a degree in History from the University. He has been licensed by the Oregon Real Estate Agency since 1969, receiving a Designated Brokers license in 1976. He currently holds the designations of CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute.) Mike has held broker and owner positions with multiple real estate companies since 1975. He is a member of Portland Metro Association of Realtors® (PMAR), Oregon Association of Realtors® (OAR), and National Association of Realtors®, and has served on numerous committees and in various leadership roles, including 1992 President of the Oregon Association of Realtors and 1998 Regional vice President for the National Association of Realtors. He was honored as the Realtor of the Year for the Oregon Association of Realtors in 1998 and received the Distinguished Service Award from the OAR in 2006. He has been a member of the Real Estate Board since 2001 and has served as chairman since 2004.

Troy has been the Administrator of the Transportation Safety Division at the Oregon Department of Transportation for 11 years. During that time, he has served as the Governor's Highway Safety Representative and is in his sixth term as a board member for the national Governor's Highway Safety Association. Troy is also a member of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Drug Evaluation and Classification Program's Technical Advisory Panel. In addition, he is responsible for three Governor appointed committees: Oregon Transportation Safety Committee, Governor's Advisory Committee on Motorcycle Safety and the Governor's Advisory Committee on Driving Under the Influence. He was appointed as a Public Member to the Oregon Real Estate Board in 2000.

Lee was born in Vancouver, Washington. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he worked as an instructor for Standard Oil Company of California, and then for Sales Training, Inc. Lee obtained his Oregon salesperson license in 1978. He is now a Vice-President of Prudential Northwest Properties and the Principal Broker for Prudential Taylor & Taylor in Lincoln City. He holds the GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designations. He has served in numerous leadership positions in the Salem Board of Realtors®, Washington County Board of Realtors®, Portland Board of Realtors®, Portland Metropolitan Board of Realtors® and Oregon Association of Realtors®. He and his wife Sheana live in Northwest Portland with their Scottish Terrier, Watson.

Byron was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1985. He obtained his associate broker license in 1989, and his designated broker license in 1992. He is currently president and principal broker of Prudential Real Estate Professionals, which has offices along the I-5 Corridor. He holds the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation. Byron has served in leadership positions in the Oregon Association of Realtors®, as well as with Oregon Real Estate Forms, Inc. His community involvement includes several civic and charitable organizations.

Christopher Hermanski founded Mainlander Property Management in Lake Oswego in 1981. He is past (2003) President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He has been a member of NARPM since 1994 and has earned his RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) designations and helped guide his company to its CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) designation. Chris has served on several Oregon Real Estate Agency committees involved in rule making and other property management related issues. He is currently a Board member of the Metro Multi-Family Housing Council in Portland. Chris has served in his kid's schools and supports his daughter's horse show jumping career. He is also active in his church. Chris is a native of Southern California; he resides in Tualatin with his wife, Kathi, and two of their four children.

Art is a graduate of the University of Oregon and held many careers before real estate. He was an insurance investigator, sawmill owner, sales and management representative for multiple companies, bakery owner, photo studio owner and grocery store owner. He became licensed in real estate in 1990, and has worked for Coldwell Banker and American West Properties. Art is also active in the local real estate association board and is past President of the Oregon Association of Realtors®. He was appointed to the Oregon Real Estate Board in 2003.

Bob has been licensed in Oregon since 1996. He is co-founder and principal broker of Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest, LLC (CRA) in Oregon. CRA represents retailers and shopping centers throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Prior to forming CRA, Bob worked with Maybourne Real Estate, Pacific Rim Development and Pan Pacific Development. Bob is a Board Member and Past President of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® of Oregon and southwest Washington, a board member of the Commercial Real Estate Economic Coalition (CREEC), a member of the Real Estate Team for the Presbytery of the Cascades, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and former State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and has a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. Bob resides with his wife Sally and two kids in Lake Oswego and in his free time enjoys tennis, skiing and hiking at Mt. Hood.

Kimberly is an attorney with Karnopp Petersen, LLP in Bend. Prior to joining Karnopp Petersen, Kimberly practiced with Stoel Rives, LLP in Portland. She focuses her practice on corporate law, real estate, securities, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes serving public and private entities and individuals. While attending law school, she clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice, Appellate Division, and the Marion County District Attorney. Kimberly also served as Committee Administrator to the House Committee on Trade & Economic Development during the 2003 session of the Oregon State Legislature. Prior to law school, Kimberly held several positions with the Oregon State legislature and the Oregon Youth Authority. Kimberly is a board member of the Leadership Bend Foundation and the Tower Theatre Foundation.

Marianne became a licensed Realtor in Oregon in 1990. She has served in multiple capacities on various associations, boards and committees. She is serves as Chair on the Oregon Association of Realtors Professional Standard Committee. She is also a volunteer mediator for the Lane County Small Claims Court. Marianne was appointed to the Oregon Real Estate Board in 2002.
