Information collected by the Real Estate Agency during the examination process may be released under Oregon's public records laws.
The Exam Pass Report is now accessible throught eLicense, the Oregon Real Estate Agency's license management system.
Please note: If you are an exam applicant, you may submit a written request to the Agency to not disclose your name and address. The request must demonstrate to the Agency's satisfaction that your personal safety, or the personal safety of a family member residing with you, is in danger if your address is available for public inspection. Please review ORS 192.445 and OAR 137-004-0800 regarding the process to request a public records personal safety exemption.
