The Oregon Real Estate News-Journal (OREN-J ) is published four times a year by the Oregon Real Estate Agency under the provisions of ORS 696.445. Each issue published since March 2003 is available below in electronic format.
The $4-per-biennium subscription fee for the OREN-J is included in fees paid by real estate licensees. The OREN-J is mailed to licensees' mailing addresses on file with the Agency. Other interested parties may subscribe for $2 per year for the print version. Please contact (503) 378-4618 for subscription information, or information regarding past editions.
Starting with the December 2007 issue, a supplement containing the complete order for each administrative action published in the corresponding OREN-J issue will be published online.
