Oregon Administrative Rules
The rules administered by the Agency are contained in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 863.
 
References to administrative rules generally take the form of OAR 863-XX-XXXX.  "XX" denotes the division, and the "XXXX" indicates the specific rule.

Permanent Rules Adopted Effective February 1, 2013
The Real Estate Agency adopted permanent rules effective February 1, 2013 that made changes to pre-license and continuing education rules to comply with statutory changes.
