- Manufactured Dwelling Park Subdivision Statutes, ORS 92.830 to 92.845 (2007 Edition)
- Condominiums, ORS 100.005 to 100.990 (2007 Edition)
HB 2665 , HB 2666 and HB 2723 were effective September 27, 2007. All condominium documents (including the declaration, bylaws, disclosure statement and unit sales agreement), reviewed, approved and recorded on or after September 27, 2007 must comply with the new statutory provisions. Please refer to the "Condominium Document Requirements 9-27-07" and individual bills.
Note that HB 3186 relating to condominium conversions and notices to tenants were effective January 1, 2008.
