You can apply to renew your license anytime during the month your license expires at your convenience…..24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Your new expiration dates will be posted within three business days.
Note: You may only renew online during the month your license expires. For example, if your license expires September 30th, the earliest you can renew online is September 1st, and the last day you can renew online is September 30th.

You can pay online with Visa or MasterCard. The active renewal fee is $230, and the inactive renewal fee is $110. Transactions are processed through the State of Oregon's Secure Payment Processor.
The Real Estate Agency understands that online security is very important to our clients. The Agency, together with the State of Oregon, uses a variety of Web protection products. These include, but are not limited to, firewalls, digital certificates, authentication procedures, intrusion detection and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

| It's Simple! |

All you need is:

your Social Security Number;
-
a credit card;
-
your Oregon Real Estate Agency license number (Look up your license number with the Agency's Licensee Search.); and
-
a printer if you want to print out the Summary Information page and/or your credit card receipt. Neither the Summary Information page nor the credit card receipt can be printed after you complete your renewal.
Important: Active licensees must have continuing education completed and certified before renewing online. See below.

| Don't Forget Continuing Ed! |

For active licenses, continuing education must be completed and certified on your Continuing Education Certification form by the certifying licensee prior to renewing your license. See the Agency's continuing education information page for more information.

Please note: If any of these situations apply to you, you will NOT be able to renew online and will have to renew by mail:
- Transfering to a new company (Registered Business Name)
- Adding a new Registered Business Name
- Changing a business address
- Changing a license status from active to inactive, or from inactive to active
- Changing license type, i.e., from broker to sole practitioner broker or principal broker
- Renewing a license late
