Oregon Real Estate Reference Guide
The Oregon Real Estate Reference Guide contains a discussion of the laws and rules administered by the Agency, including Real Estate License Law; Property Rights; Landlord and Tenant Act; Subdivisions; and others.
Licensee Lists
The Real Estate Licensee List CD-ROM provides contact information on real estate licensees and registered businesses. To order, please submit order form found here to the Real Estate Agency.
Please note: If you are a real estate licensee, you may submit a written request to the Agency to not disclose your name and address. The request must demonstrate to the Agency's satisfaction that your personal safety, or the personal safety of a family member residing with you, is in danger if your address is available for public inspection. Please review ORS 192.445 and OAR 137-004-0800 regarding the process to request a public records personal safety exemption.
Oregon Real Estate News-Journal
The Oregon Real Estate News-Journal (OREN-J) is published four times a year by the Real Estate Agency as an educational service to all real estate licensees in the state under the provisions of ORS 696.445.

Commissioner's Bulletin
The Commissioner's Bulletin was created it to address hot topics in-between OREN-J issues. The Real Estate Agency uses this publication as an additional method to communicate with licensees.
