Come to any live race meet and apply at the Commission field office during business hours. We are always open during live racing.
Online
The Oregon Racing Commission License Application is available to you in the link below. This form will allow you to provide the required application information while online. However, after you have entered the information, you must print out the completed form, sign and date it, and then mail it to the Oregon Racing Commission along with the appropriate fee (check). The Oregon Racing Commission mailing address is provided on the application.
