OWIN Orientation ~ 2/10/06
On February 10, 2006, Oregon Emergency Management held an orientation session for the Design and Engineering Study portion of the Oregon Wireless Interoperability Network (OWIN). The purpose of the session was to introduce the OWIN Design and Engineering Study contractor, Federal Engineering, and to provide an overview of work that will be completed by January 2007.
