Welcome to Oregon's Sixth Judicial District

Oregon’s 6th Judicial District includes Umatilla and Morrow Counties. Circuit Court services are provided in 3 locations—Pendleton, Hermiston and Heppner.

Circuit courts are Oregon’s state courts of “general jurisdiction.” We provide services for all types of cases ranging from traffic violations to divorces, from tenant disputes to serious felonies.

Services we provide include, among other things, adjudication by judges or juries, pre-trial services for domestic relations (family law), F.E.D. (evictions) and violations, and post-trial financial services such as payment, refund of security and revenue recovery.
