Welcome to the Yamhill County Circuit Court, one of twenty seven state trial courts created by Oregon communities to provide justice services. Our purpose is to provide a timely and impartial forum for the administration of justice. We seek to provide accurate information, efficient services, and to maintain court records with courtesy and cost efficiency. We would like an informed public to help us accomplish our purpose and goals.
