Refund Policy

Thank you for your payment. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. If you believe you are entitled to a refund of this payment or any portion thereof call (503) 378-4880. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the payment. The Oregon Department of Aviation will not refund fees in which agency has a legal interest and have been lawfully paid (ORS 293.445).
