Codes and standards

The division works with building officials, technical committees, advisory boards, and the public to adopt, amend, and interpret the Oregon Manufactured Dwelling and Parks Specialty Code (MD&P). This code applies to the siting, installation, alteration, repair, construction, addition, conversion, use, and occupancy of manufactured dwellings, accessory buildings, accessory structures, mobile home parks, and manufactured dwelling parks.
