Oregon Administrative Rules

Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) provide the Board and regulated social workers with professional standards, regulations, statements or directives of general applicability. These rules allow the Board to implement, interpret or prescribe laws and policies. They also provide the Board the ability to describe a procedure or social work practice requirement.
