If you are in the Salem metro area contact the state motor pool shop at 503-378-4269
to schedule vehicle maintenance or repair. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed on all state holidays).

The Voyager fuel card is not to be used for preventative maintenance or inspection services; it is for fuel and emergencies only.

24-hour non-emergency assistance.
The following are guidelines to be used in the event of an after-hours need for assistance. This includes weekends and holidays and would primarily be used for unforeseen mechanical failure.
- In any true emergency, call 9-1-1.
- For non-emergency assistance, please call 503-881-2451 to reach Kent Fretwell. Every attempt will be made to answer your call. If you receive voicemail, please leave a message. Kent will return the call as soon as possible.
- If there is no answer or call back in what is deemed a reasonable amount of time, there is a fleet assistance number on the back of the Voyager fuel card, 800-987-6591. This can also be used to request aid.
- The Voyager fuel card may also be used in an after-hours or weekend situation to pay for repairs should you choose to arrange for repairs yourself. Please call 800-378-0077 on the next business day to notify the Field Services office of repair details.
