Department of Administrative Services

BillTracker is a "real time" legislative bill tracking system that allows state agencies to track bills throughout the legislative process. It is available at any time from any device with an active connection to the Internet. BillTracker is administered by the Department of Administrative Services, who holds the master contract. The costs for BillTracker are incorporated into agency assessments. 

BillTracker features include:

  • View, search and save all introduced legislation
  • Search by keyword, bill number, relating clause, sponsor or committee
  • Position, priority and subject designation by agency and division
  • Upload pre-session drafts
  • Assign bill and fiscal analyses
  • Receive calendar invitations for hearing announcements
  • Receive real time email notifications for hearings and third readings
  • Full calendar of hearings and floor readings
  • Links to Staff Measure Summaries and Fiscal Impact Statements
  • Links to all submitted testimony
  • Bill linking within sessions and between sessions
  • Multi-user tracking capability
  • Visitor login which allows guests to view bill schedules, bill history and tracked bills
  • Extensive user permission settings
  • Upload to attach all bill-related documents including bill and fiscal analyses, proposed amendments, testimony, and blue sheets
  • Run, print and email pre-defined or customized reports
