Printing, mailing and distribution services

PacTrac is Publishing & Distribution's (P&D) package tracking system that allows users to track their packages and secure shipments though the state shuttle and delivery service.

Packages are scanned each time they are picked up, moved to a different location, or delivered. Handheld scanners can also capture signatures, when requested, and wirelessly transmit them to our secure server.

Sign up for PacTrac

Using PacTrac is easy. To sign up, call PacTrac services at 503-373-1327 or send an email to pnd.ptsadmin@oregon.gov and include the following information in the body of your email:
  • First and last name of requested user(s) 
  • Email address of requested user(s)
  • Phone number of requested user(s)
  • Manager's name
  • Agency's physical address
  • Six-digit billing number

How to use PacTrac

Once logged into PacTrac, enter the delivery details. Choose your level of security, from level 1 to level 4. Print your PacTrac order and attach it to your package. We recommend printing two copies, one for your package and one for your records. 
 

PacTrac tips

  • Do not re-use tracking labels.
  • Security levels 1 and 2 do not require the driver to obtain a signature.
  • Security levels 3 and 4 require the driver to obtain a signature from the receiver or mailroom staff person or deliver the package to a secure location.

Track your PacTrac package

Log into PacTrac. Type your PICK number from your PacTrac order or a job number into Quick Search, located in the top right corner of the PacTrac page.
