Effective July 1, 2013 - DAS Procurement Services (PS) waived membership fees for Oregon K-12 School Districts, Educational
Service Districts and Charter Schools.
Effective July 1, 2015 - DAS PS waived qualifying Child Nutrition Program Sponsors.
Effective September 2015 - DAS PS waived qualifying Department of Education Early Learning Service Providers.
