Let us determine the most efficient and cost effective sourcing strategy, translate your business needs into procurement language, and manage all phases of the procurement process for you.​

After you submit a request to us, we'll send acknowledgement within two business days. Next, we'll assign your request to a staff member who'll contact you by the fifth day.

Statewide price agreements

We maintain a portfolio of established statewide price agreements and multi-jurisdictional cooperative procurements that cover a wide variety of frequently used services and supplies.​

Visit the ORPIN website​ to view these agreements, and for general assistance. We respond to statewide price agreement assistance requests within one business day.  


Procurement consultation and technical assistance

We offer DAS divisions and customer agencies technical procurement assistance and consultation services to facilitate the procurement process. The consultation can either be part of a full procurement process managed by us, or as a stand-alone service. Technical assistance includes, but is not limited to, generation of reports, market analysis, process​ mentorship or problem research and resolution.​



Training and certification services​

State and local government personnel can take advantage of our Oregon-specific public procurement training and customized training services. Our training staff also maintains an Oregon credentialing program.​

Access to OR​PIN

ORPIN is a web based tool containing statewide price agreements and agency specific offerings. Full access to ORPIN requires an account.​

Get a user account by contacting your agency ORPIN coordinator (if you have one) or email the ORPIN help desk at info.orpin@oregon.gov

We respond to ORPIN help desk requests within two business days when the request is placed Mon-Fri between 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Response times for inquiries made to an agency's contact are based on the individual agency procedure.


Embedded procurement staff

We can provide staff to embed into your team, working as the procurement expert with your permanent staff for the purpose of conducting complex project specific procurements on behalf of your agency. We can also embed staff for the purpose of developing and strengthening the procurement expertise of your agency’s internal procurement staff.​

Requests for embedded PS staff should be made directly to a member of the PS management team​. Initial requests can be made in person or via email.

Initial acknowledgement of your request will be within one business day. The PS manager who receives it will negotiate timelines with you based on the unique aspect of the request and PS staff availability.​
