ORS 279A.112 (Formerly HB 3060) Requirements

For Contractors

ORS 279A.112 is a law that places requirements on contractors wishing to enter into a public contract with the state of Oregon. For contracts valued at $150,000 or more, contractors must provide written proof of their company policy and practice to prevent and address:

  • Sexual harassment,
  • Sexual assault, and
  • Discrimination against members of protected classes.

The law took effect January 1, 2018, and DAS has developed the templates below to make it easier for contractors to follow the requirements:
