Self-insurance policy manuals

The self-insurance policy manuals describe what losses are and are not covered under this program. The insurance fund, established by ORS 278.425, is used to provide both self-insurance and commercial insurance coverage for state of Oregon agencies.

Agency liability policy manual 125-7-201
This policy establishes the liability self-insurance coverage provided to state agencies alone, by the insurance fund. The policy also establishes the conditions, standards and other requirements that govern or control the use of this coverage.

This policy covers state employees and agents when they are duly performing the state's business and direct travel to that business at the state's direction and control. Employees and agents are not covered by the state while they engage in personal activities or activities prohibited by the state.
 

Soil and Water Conservation District policy manual

This policy covers limited damages under laws of any jurisdiction including the state of Oregon because of personal injury, bodily injury or property damage. This policy also covers limited automobile liability.
