Resources Currently Available to Agencies
iLearnOregon is the state of Oregon's enterprise-wide learning management system. State employees access iLearnOregon to enroll in agency-specific or statewide learning courses. Additional features include development plans, skill surveys and performance evaluations. For more information, visit the iLearnOregon Resource Center.
OregonConnect is the state of Oregon’s enterprise-wide virtual classroom and web-meetings tool. State employees conduct online training webinars and facilitate virtual team meetings with this tool. It is also being used to record synchronous (live) trainings that are then posted in the iLearnOregon catalog.
GovSpace is the state of Oregon's social business platform. It can be an effective tool for learning purposes - building ongoing virtual learning communities.
Management Development Series - Foundational Training Program
The Foundational Training Program has been redesigned to consist of 8 modules that provide fundamental management skills for new managers or managers who need a refresher. Oregon Project Management Training

The Leadership Oregon program is state government’s internal leadership development program. Started in 1989 and sponsored by the Chief Operating Office/DAS Director the current yearlong program meets 2 days a month. Management service staff (salary range 32 and above preferred) are selected based on the recommendation of their agency’s director. Participation is limited. The enrollment process period occurs in the fall with the program beginning in January.
