Arc Terminals Oil Spill Contingency Plan​

Arc Terminals Holdings, LLC has submitted its oil spill contingency plan to DEQ for review.

The plan outlines how the company will prepare for dealing with an oil spill, what the company must provide in terms of emergency response resources, and how the company will conduct cleanup operations along with other agencies. The plan covers spills in Oregon waters, specifically on the Willamette and Columbia Rivers.

The plan is currently available for public comment through Monday, July 28, 2014.
