The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

​​​​SNAP offers food benefits to eligible, low-income individuals and families. Benefits are distributed through the state's Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system by using an "Oregon Trail Card" at the grocery store point of sale machines.   Find out if you are eligible and how to apply for food benefits​.​​​​
