Full Access, which serves Central Oregon and Lane County, has received Oregon Business Magazine's number one statewide ranking as the best medium-sized nonprofit to work for.

In addition, Family Forward Oregon, a statewide advocacy organization supporting family oriented workplaces announced that Full Access is one of twenty-five Oregon organizations nationally ranked in the top 20% for workplace flexibility, winning the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. The Sloan Award is a competition for nonprofit and for profit businesses.

The employees of Full Access cite teamwork, excellent management and independence as some of the best qualities of their workplace. As one of 13 support services brokerages that contracts with DHS, Full Access provides case management and fiscal intermediary services to nearly 810 adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Their services are provided in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Lake and Lane counties. With self direction as a fundamental component of service delivery, Full Access strives to ensure staff are also engaged through self direction. "Our work environment is not only important to our staff, but it is an essential ingredient to the highly successful customer service we have maintained for more than 10 years," said Margaret Theisen, CEO, Full Access. "The people with intellectual and developmental disabilities that we support have consistently rated their satisfaction with our primary services at 92% and above. The combination of a high rating from our customers and our employees is a great success for us and for our community. All of our partners who support our mission help cause this success and we thank you," she said.
