Senator Edwards read a proclamation by Governor John Kitzhaber declaring March as IDD Awareness Month.
The Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities, the ARC Oregon and the DHS Office of Developmental Disability Services invites you to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Day Event at the Human Services Building main lobby, 500 Summer Street, on Friday, March 29. The program begins at 10 am.
Refreshments and table presentations demonstrating the success that can result from raising our expectations will follow.
Special guest speakers will include Erinn Kelley-Siel, DHS Director and Patrice Botsford, DHS Office of Developmental Disability Services Director.
