In 2011, the Oregon legislature passed landmark legislation to transform the way services are delivered through the Oregon Health Plan for better health care at lower costs.

The Department of Human Services (DHS), in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), are committed to ensuring the successful transition to better health care delivery for our clients, partners, providers and staff. CMS/LTC/CCO Study Group

This study group is an exploratory stakeholder process that will result in a report to the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the integration of DHS Medicaid-funded Long-Term Care (LTC) for the aged or people with disabilities into the Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO) global budgets.
