The state Home Care Commission and two of its committees have scheduled public meetings this week.
Home Care Commission: The full commission will meet Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in room 137-D of the Human Services Building, 500 Summer St., N.E., Salem. Agenda items include reports from the qualifications and registry committees, updates on workers compensation and health insurance, and a report about a grant.
Qualifications Committee: This committee will meet Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in room 137-D of the Human Services Building, 500 Summer St., N.E., Salem. The committee is drafting qualifications for care providers who would be listed on the state registry of providers.
