Public meeting notice: Public Health Advisory Board
The Public Health Advisory Board (PHAB) will meet in Portland on Sept. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Room 140 of the Portland State Office Building, 800 N.E. Oregon Street.
Agenda items include the election of a new board chair, a presentation and discussion of a recent assessment of Oregon’s public health system, budget and legislative issues and reports on emerging public health issues.
PHAB is a 15-member board appointed by the governor that is charged to review public health issues on a statewide basis and advise DHS on policy matters related to public health.
