State Home Care Commission to meet Thursday

What: Public meeting of the state Home Care Commission

When: Thursday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: North DSO Office, 3420 Cherry Avenue N.E., Salem

Agenda: Commission members are scheduled to hear reports from the training and registry committees. An executive session is scheduled at 12:30 p.m. to discuss labor negotiations.

A time for public testimony is scheduled at 10:15 a.m.

The nine-member Home Care Commission, authorized by voters in November 2000, is charged with improving care to seniors and people with disabilities.
