Discussion of the series of community forums on long-term care hosted by the commission and developing a report to the governor summarizing the findings of the meetings.

Updates from DHS staff on issues affecting older adults.

Conversations with local service providers on service needs in the long-term care system.
The Governor’s Commission on Senior Services is charged in Oregon statute with advising the governor and the director of Human Services on needs of elderly persons, and recommending actions by the governor, the Department of Human Services, other governmental entities and the private sector to meet such needs.
