Agenda: The Executive Committee of the Governor's Commission on Senior Services will meet to discuss agenda items for its bi-annual Planning Days meeting to be held in Astoria on June 18, 19, 20.
The agenda is posted on the Governor's Commission on Senior Services Web site.
The Governor's Commission on Senior Services is charged in Oregon statute with advising the governor and the director of Human Services on needs of elderly persons, and recommending actions by the governor, the Department of Human Services, other governmental entities and the private sector, appropriate to meet such needs.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed for individuals requesting assistive hearing devices, sign language interpreters or large-print materials. Individuals needing these types of accommodations should call DHS at 1-800-282-8096 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
