<PRE ID="original">All analytical data are entered into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).  Data verification and validation is performed in LIMS prior to release of the data to the Laboratory Analytical Storage And Retrieval (LASAR) system.  All QA/QC data, including replicate, blank, and spike samples, are maintained in a QA archive at the DEQ Laboratory, rather than in the LASAR system.  LIMS, LASAR, and the QA archive are maintained and operated by the DEQ Laboratory Division.  Data from LASAR (a transactional database ) are routinely transformed into a data warehouse maintained by DEQ Management Services Division to make available to the public via the LasarWeb application.</PRE>
